Phylgreen treated Surfinia, cv. Surfinia White, grown in a peat-based substrate in reduced nitrogen conditions had 8 % less branches, the same branch length, 27 % more flowers, 3 % less fresh weight, 4 % less dry weight, 13 % better root development, a 3.7 % lower chlorophyll-index, a 6.9 % higher flavonolindex, a 12.8 % higher anthocyanin-index compared to the untreated control grown in the same conditions. No significant effects.
