DieHard Endo Starter treated maize, c.v. Viking showed no difference in mycorrhizal colonisation at any application rate, when harvested 4 weeks after planting, compared to untreated controls. Treated plants showed an increase in foliar phosphorous content at 48.0g/L application rate but no effect at lower application rates, compared to untreated controls. Treated plants showed an increase in shoot dry weight at applications of and above 24.0g/L but no effect at lower application rates, compared to untreated controls. Treated plants showed an increase in extractable soil phosphorous at applications of and above 6.0g/L but no effect at lower application rates, compared to untreated controls.
